NameGenie ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.

### Information We Collect

**We do not collect any personal data.** NameGenie is a paid app with no ads.

### Network Requests

The app only makes network requests in the following cases:
- **Name generation**: When you tap the generate button, your preferences (gender, character count, meaning tags, phonetic input) are sent to our Cloudflare Worker backend for AI-powered name generation. We do not log or store any generation requests.
- **Name details**: When you view a name's details, a single request is made to fetch detailed information.

Otherwise, the app requires no internet connection to browse saved favorites.

### Data Storage

- **Saved favorites**: Stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
- **Preferences**: Stored locally.
- **We operate no servers, databases, or backend infrastructure.** The Cloudflare Worker acts solely as a proxy for AI requests and does not log any content.

### Third-Party Services

- **DeepSeek API**: Called via Cloudflare Worker proxy for name generation. We do not control or store the content of these requests.
- **No ad SDKs, no analytics, no tracking services.**

### Your Rights

- **Right to know**: We collect nothing.
- **Right to deletion**: Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
- **Right to opt out**: There is no data collection to opt out of.

### Children's Privacy

NameGenie is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

### Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
